Principal responsibilities:
Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Oversee all open vacancies from start to finish for your business unit, including job postings, follow-ups, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
Strategic Recruitment Planning: Define and implement the recruitment strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Process Optimization: Develop, adapt, and optimize recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Channel and Partner Selection: Identify and select the best recruitment channels and partners to attract top talent.
Employer Branding: Manage and enhance the employer branding to attract and retain the best candidates.
Project Management: Independently manage various projects related to Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management (Job Days etc).
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Advisor for Recruitment, Selection & Career, who is responsible for other departments within the organization. Together, manage the recruitment budget and develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
Analysis and Reporting: Actively participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention.

Recruiter experience
- Manage vacancies from A-Z for your business; from publication, follow-up, reporting, interviewing, to the contract proposal
- Recruitment process improvement experience
- Preferable in the financial sector
Required experience
- University education or significant managerial experience
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong MS Office skills
Nice to have
- Strong ATS skills is a plus
- Living close to Brussels
