As a Senior Contract Manager IT, you are part of the Procurement, Contract, and Vendor Management team.
• In a complex environment, you support or lead large purchasing files (project mode) in various IT domains.
- From the perspective of the purchasing strategy within the framework of the digital roadmap.
- From the perspective of formulating needs (developing purchasing strategies, drafting or assisting in drafting technical specifications), in close collaboration with the Procurement department and the various involved IT departments (SME).
• Primarily for this role, this involves the purchase of software and cybersecurity-related services and software.
• You take an active role in public tenders (goods, services: participation in market analysis, contract analysis, bid analysis, technical negotiation), in collaboration with the internal procurement departments, which must ensure compliance with public procurement legislation.
• In a multi-vendor environment, you oversee the execution of large IT purchasing contracts to ensure that your internal customers are satisfied with price, quality, and deadlines. For this, you implement contract management and regularly organize meetings with your internal customers.
• Thanks to your privileged contacts with your internal customers and your knowledge of the IT world and the IT market, you perfectly understand their needs and can work with them to come up with the right contractual solutions, the corresponding pricing mechanisms, and the systems for monitoring and evaluating the delivered service (KPIs).
• In the context of public procurement contracts, you manage the relationship with our key IT vendors: following up on contracts, disputes, identifying opportunities for innovations or service improvements, etc.
• You manage any contractual disputes and requests for penalties after all possibilities for amicable settlement have been exhausted.
• You identify opportunities for partnerships with suppliers and are able to build them.
• You play an active role in the development of the department: you identify opportunities to improve procedures/tools and make concrete proposals during coordination meetings.
