Experienced Project Support Officer
On behalf of the *Digital Working* Group and in accordance with the corresponding Operating Model, the mission of *Digital Working BE* is to provide digital workplace equipment and services to users, ensure their quality, and offer support in their use.
Our customers expect to have fast, secure, and confident access to collaborative tools anytime and anywhere. We support all activities and users in Belgium – that’s more than many thousands of users.
Our goal is to ensure that companies and users:
* Receive the tools they need to work and collaborate digitally smoothly.
* Are satisfied with these tools thanks to technical and functional support, both on-site and remotely via “Le Comptoir.”
Digital Working is responsible for the following services:
* Le Comptoir – Service Delivery
* Coordination of remote and on-site support for entities in Belgium
* Local support
* Le Comptoir – Oversight & Evolution
* Management of Digital Working initiatives with group services, including rollout and communication.
*Within our Agile organization, you work as a Project Officer within Le Comptoir – Service Delivery.
Job description
As a Senior Project Officer, we are looking for an experienced professional who can take overall responsibility for managing services and processes.
Your tasks include, among others:
* Overseeing supplier performance and addressing any issues
* Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues
* Collaborating with various teams to achieve common goals
* Ensuring that all delivered products and services meet quality standards
* Collecting and analyzing data to recognize trends and identify improvement opportunities
* Providing training and support to stakeholders and suppliers regarding processes and procedures
* Maintaining good collaboration with suppliers and streamlining communication
Improving and innovating:
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
* Contributing to the development, rollout, and anchoring of approved improvements
* Collaborating with stakeholders in implementing changes
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of improvements
* Documenting and keeping processes up to date (e.g., standard procedures)
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines
* Good knowledge of English, French, and Dutch
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
Remote work
* 50% in the office (Brussels, near Central Station)
* 50% remote work
* Full-time (100%) or 4/5 (80%)

Must have
- At least 5 years of experience in a large IT environment
- Affinity with and knowledge of end-user tools (hardware and software)

- Automation (PowerPlatform)
- Experience in a support environment (helpdesk, field support) and associated processes
