Business Analyst


Context

  • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
  • Ensuring timely communication of Cash Management (CMCC Business Incident Communication) incidents to customer services and business units. Participation in technical and functional crisis sessions to ensure clear communication for the business.
  • Responsible for producing centralized, business-oriented communication for CMCC via alert emails and/or conference calls in English and French.
  • Overseeing Problem Management activities within Cash Management and Payments, including organizing debriefings with Product, IT, and Production teams to determine the cause of incidents, identify issues, and develop recovery plans.
  • Drafting Business Incident Reports for the business lines and organizing monthly quality monitoring committees for SWIFT or FRB Payments.
  • Monitoring incidents and action plans to improve production reliability.
  • Participating in the development of KPIs to monitor the quality of Cash Management production and the effectiveness of recovery plans.
  • Participating in workshops within ITG cash management programs aimed at improving the resilience of IT assets and infrastructures.
  • Working closely with product owners, architects, and other experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, and ensure knowledge continuity across projects.
  • Acting as a liaison to the business community.

Vereiste taalvaardigheden

Opleiding

Bachelor of Master diploma

Ervaring en kennis

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Functional knowledge of Cash Management and/or SWIFT
  • Good expertise in MS Office
  • Strong understanding of IT and technical testing experience
  • Experience with requirements management is a plus
  • Good understanding of work processes
