CCE-E IT Risk & Operations Manager
As CCE-E IT Risk & Operations Manager, you will need a strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency, as you will be at the heart of several key Tribe processes, both in management and execution.
Your mission is to ensure that critical IT operational processes are robust, consistent, and continuously improved, so squads can focus on what matters most: delivering customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Asset & Service Management
You ensure that key referentials remain accurate and up to date across the Tribe, and that update processes are consistent.
You also ensure that:
applications are properly maintained
services are correctly described and documented
squads have reliable information to build on
Incident & Problem Management
When incidents occur, you oversee the response and help restore normal operations as quickly as possible, with minimal impact on the business and customers.
Your daily activities include:
participation in crisis calls
communication through e-Channels (e.g., banner publications)
deep root cause analysis
follow-up of structural corrective actions
regular progress reporting to stakeholders
Continuity Management
You help ensure preparedness and service restoration in case of disaster.
You will work on both theory and practice by:
defining disaster recovery scenarios
executing them live during yearly transversal bank disaster recovery exercises
Risks & Security Management
You work closely with two teams from the Security Center of Excellence.
Risk Management
You ensure:
qualitative follow-up and mitigation of risks within the Tribe perimeter
timely closure of audit recommendations
execution of seasonal control plans
Application Security & Vulnerability Management
You ensure the timely resolution of security threats and vulnerabilities by the Tribe squads.
This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
