Missie context
Recover Unpaid instalments to avoid the customer being transferred to litigation.
Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with our customers in arrears.
Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- English: Profound knowledge
Opleiding
Bachelor or Master degree
Ervaring
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Technical mandatory: Good expertise in MS Office
- Familiar with various IT Tools (preferable)
- Strong interest in finance and banking (products) (preferable)
