Transformation Office - Project Portfolio Manager
The mission of the Portfolio Management, as part of the Transformation Office, is to context Enable our ExCo to actively steer the transformation of the bank in line with our key
strategic ambitions in a continuous, holistic, balanced & transparent way.
Main responsibility:
Enrich the Portfolio Management technical framework (i.e. data sourcing & storage, workflow, exploration and reporting facilities) to support regular prioritization of the CTB portfolio and tracking of the
impact of the operational delivery in a way that:
- connects executive intent and desired outcomes with operational delivery
- secures our strategic must-win battles
- minimizes risk by remaining up to standard in terms of regulatory, security & fraud management
Function
- eliminates waste through dynamic reprioritization & arbitration (Yearly + Quarterly)
Description in close collaboration with the Portfolio Management team and our key stakeholders namely:
- Head of Transformation Office to support ExCo decision making
- Constructs in charge of the portfolio execution
- Beneficiaries i.e. Segments & Functions
- Finance
- our IT and Data partners
You will be in charge of the requirements collection, technical framework design, implementation roadmap & change plans
Proficient in speaking or solid understanding of
Dutch
French
English
Education Master Degree in Management and or Technical
Certification Database & project management certification is preferred
At least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in data management, Datawarehouse / BI solutions design & implementation
Past experience in the management of large programs
Demonstrate full autonomy in Powerpoint and Excel
Understanding of the Microsoft automation preferable capabilities is a plus (copilot / power / BI)
Broad knowledge of the banking / Financial
Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) - strategic thinking
Sufficiently senior to work at Exco N-1 & senior management level
