Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Windows server and Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimum performance.
- Monitor and optimize performance of Windows Server environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform system updates and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and management to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software updates.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure administration and configuration.
- Strong expertise in MS Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, and their related environments.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and system architecture.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell and Ansible or similar tools.
- Awareness of GDPR and IT security standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Independent, stress-resistant, and analytical.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 years+ in-depth Windows server experience
- Powershell and Ansible skills
- Fluent in English
- Work permit for Belgium
