Mission context Data Hub Business Analyst -Initiative Owner
- Drive business analysis from ideation to delivery, including business case development, requirements co-creation, and continuous solution improvement in line with evolving needs.
- Analyze and map existing data flows, user roles, and usage while identifying data issues, to then define target solutions and use cases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs to validate requirements, ensure alignment between business and development teams, and maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis.
- Translate business needs into test conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing, while supporting data architecture design, solution validation, and quality reviews of prototypes.
- Facilitate delivery through testing, change management, and report/dashboard creation, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience
Required experience / Technical mandatory knowledge
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
- Knowledge of IT testing
- Good understanding of data concepts (big data, BI, reporting, dashboarding)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset)
Business experience
- Proven project management skills
- Strong experience with requirements management
- Good understanding of workflow processes
- Good knowledge of banking activities and products (especially insurance) is a plus
- Analytical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
