Junior Marketing Campaign Officer

Responsibilities
As Junior Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will manage a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives from A to Z:
- Oversee the development, execution, agency coordination, optimization, and reporting of various marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- Create compelling and high-performing campaigns by identifying the most effective formats, messaging, and channels, in close collaboration with digital agencies.
- Coordinate client communication for internal transition projects, including gathering information, writing copy, and managing follow-up.
- Develop content that supports lead generation and educates prospects: blog articles, newsletters, social media visuals, client testimonials, landing page and email copy.
- Manage and optimize the organic social media calendar, write posts, design visuals, and monitor engagement.
- Maintain and update the website (WordPress CMS), ensuring SEO best practices are applied and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
- Create basic sales and marketing materials (leaflets, templates, etc.) using design tools.
- Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and website activity using relevant business KPIs.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovation that can contribute to business objectives.
Hybrid worklocation : 50% in Brussels & 50% remote

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
Experience
- Experience is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills
Mandatory:
- High-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and Web Analytics tools
Preferred:
- Familiarity with WordPress (CMS), Canva, Acrobat Pro, and Adobe InDesign
