The team consists of dedicated people with a mission to streamline the Software Development Lifecycle, promote a standard way of working regarding Software Development by supporting best practices for wide-scale adoption within the organization.

4. Coaching and training people and teams in the above areas

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Senior.Net Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.

You will be responsible for leading our .Net Architecture domain, coaching team members, and following the evolution of technology.

You should be open to working with other technologies and have a deep understanding of DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Being responsible for .Net patterns and shared libraries available to the development teams

2. Coach and guide other development teams on software development best practices.

3. Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and incorporate them into our development processes and make them available to the development teams.

4. Be open to exploring, learning, and implementing other technologies as required.

5. Collaborate with our partners to implement deployment pipelines and enable devops practices to understand and improve our deployment pipeline.

Evaluation criteria

• Proven trackrecord to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Proven trackrecord in technical architecture for .Net programming languages

• Proven trackrecord in coaching and teaching technical subjets to technical stakeholders

• Proven trackrecord in working and leading mulitculteral teams in software development

• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Conformity Criteria

• DevOps (SonarQube, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Proget) 5 years

• Containers (Docker, AKS,…) 5 years

• .Net programming languages (at least 2 variants) 10 years

• Co pilot GitHub or GenAI for STEM related use cases 2 years

• Working ina government environment at least 2 projects

• Technical leadership in software development 8 years

• Architect 5 years

• Microsoft Certification At least 1 (not Azure Fundamentals)

• Onsite/Onshore 2 days homework / 3 days office work
