Group Leader (Team Leader) (BE-Brussels)

For one of our customers, we are looking for a group leader (team leader).

Mission:

- Lead of a group of functional and technical designers,
- Management of a part of an application associated to this group,
- Make estimations (in collaboration with functional and technical designers), planning & contract of
the project and propose this to the client,
- Project Management associated to the projects which have an impact on the patrimony of the
group (existing or new).
- reporting to the management and the client.

Profile:

Required level and content of education
University grade.

Personal skills
Mandatory:
· Min 2 years experience with leading a group. (about 10 people).
· Experience in project management (2 years)
· Good communicator.
· Diplomatic and Dynamic
· Good reporting skills.
· Experience in people management.
· Flexible and able to take the right decisions and to motivate a group.
Preferable:
· Experience CMMi level 2.
· Prince 2

Business experience required
Preferable: · Group insurance’s (Employee Benefits) knowledge

Technical experience required
Preferable:
· Knowledge of VB 6.0 and/or COBOL
· Client/server environment (MF)

Language requirements:
French and Dutch speaking, English is a plus..
