
Program Manager (BE-Brussels)
We are looking for a strong Program manager to assure his leading during the coming year.
Good leaders and organisation skills are very important in this context
Mission:
Strategy consolidation:
o Be the IT spokesperson towards business, IT and bank contacts
o Manage the coordination of 30 project leader
o Establish a high level plan (budget, milestones, resources) of the program in collaboration with
Architects (IT), bank and Business
o Help manage the adherence to the vision and the direction of the global solution
Project Management:
o Perform the overall project management
o Manage the priorities in close collaboration with the Business and the bank
o Manage risks and issues
o Monitoring and Control (budget, milestones, resources)(is,it)
o Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the Program and the different Sub-Projects
Program Roadmap:
o Participate at the definition on the global/local and detailed IT Roadmap
o Manage the transition plan from the “as-is” to the “to be“ situation
Governance Model & Organisation
o Define an appropriate organization and collaboration for this Program (both Business, bank & IT)
o Participate actively at construction of new IT team relationship manager
Communication:
o Create all deliverables to support the different meetings (Steering meeting, I meeting, Program
meeting) in close collaboration with the Business and bank
Profile:
University grade
Personal skills Pragmatic
Results Oriented
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Project Management (5+ years)
People Management & Interpersonal skills
Experience within insurance Industry
French, Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
