large organization

* Strong ability to structure the execution of project and team work where team members
are in a functional line rather than a hierarchical line.
* Strong negotiation skills
* Good communication skills
* High degree of autonomy and pro-activeness.
* Being able to communicate with IT Technicians until IT management.
* 5-10 years of professional experience in a large IT organization.
* Proven ability to effectively work and report on notions such as Budget, Actuals, ETCs,
EAC,…
* Experience in one or more technical IT platforms, such as Mainframe, Window, Security ,
Network…
* Prince 2 or PMI experience
