Outsourcing Presales Consultant (BE-Flemish-Brabant)

The Presales Consultant will, in close collaboration with Account Managers & Consultants, manage the design, pricing & presentation of our ICT solutions for our clients.

· Infrastructure Managed Services
· Application Management Services
· IT Service Management
· ICT Outsourcing

To include Remote and On-site services, desktop services & helpdesk solutions and system/network management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will prepare and execute suitable professional presentations and proof of concepts at prospects or current customers. During the selling process or campaigns, you will clarify and answer the functional and technical questions with the objective of converting the client requirements into a project/solution. This is a newly created function and the incumbent will need to be a self-starter (hands-on), with a pro-active demeanour capable of driving things through and working autonomously with the freedom to grow both individually and with the business.

Profile:

Profile

Understanding of how infrastructure support can be organised and an inherent interest in following the latest trends in outsourcing.

Understands how application management is organised - a plus

Knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies

University degree or relevant experience

Minimum 5 years experience

Technical writing skills

Problem solving and analytical skills

Presentation skills

Effectively communicate a technical message both written and verbally

Bid manager capabilities - able to drive the production of a bid

Has the ability to assess a customer’s business problem and recommends appropriate solutions

Assists in qualifying a sales opportunity

Resourceful, self-motivated, customer focused

Team-player

Self-starter

Languages: NL + FR + EN
