
Senior Functional Analyst - eBanking (BE-Brussels)
The "Merchant Banking Channels” division is responsible for the electronic channels for the customers. It includes the eBanking (payments, reporting and contracting), the public websites & the transactional services (web).
Mission:
The senior functional analyst will be working in the Merchant Banking Channels Team. This team will be facing major challenges in 2009 – 2010 and is as such searching experienced functional analyst.
· work as a functional analyst within the MB Channels team, on an eBanking project
· discuss and refine business requirements with end users representatives
· translate user requirements into functional specifications for developers (including the external supplier)
· create, organise and execute functional tests
· assist in the organization of end-user tests
· assist the project leader with the planning and follow up of the project
Profile:
- University graduate or equivalent by experience.
- Good analytical skills, eye for detail
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Share ideas with colleagues and have a sense for team spirit
- Able to work in an autonomous way
- Previous experience in eBanking is a plus an keen interest in eBanking applications is a necessity
- Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, Visio, MS-Outlook.
- Preferable: Practice knowledge of Mainframe environment (TSO/ISPF, COBOL, IMS, DB2).
- Experience as functional analyst in the context of projects
- preferable: · Electronic payments, reporting, contracting
- Knowledge of ISABEL IBS5 and IBS6 is a plus
