The free and confidential LiteScan is a one-day on site program, and covers the assessment of a complete ITIL process (one free process of your choice).

During the assessment, our consultant will:

  • Introduce and explain the concept of the assessment (9u30 – 10:00)

  • Conduct the interviews (10:00 – 14:00)

  • Create the assessment report based on the findings (14:00 15:00)

  • Deliver the report, and discuss the outcome (15:00 – 16:00)

    At the end of the day you will receive a report summarizing the consultant's findings, which will include a rating for all assessed areas, identification of improvement areas, as well as recommendations.

    This report will contain valuable information which will help you prioritize where to focus your effort when executing your improvement plans. All this at the cost of 0,- Euro, and with no other obligations!
