More TITANS are ITIL certified

Today, more than half of the employees of TiTANS are ITIL certified

Following to the recent ITSMF event held in March 2007 in Brussels, several members of TiTANS have been awarded the ITIL Foundation certificate.

ITIL remains more than ever the TiTANS cornerstone across its consultancy assignments. Ensuring that all its employees obtain ITIL certificates is a logical step to demonstrate the theoretical knowledge available within TiTANS. Although the theory is only one part of the equation, in order to be recognised as ITIL Consultancy organisation one should be able to demonstrate one has acquired the basics.

The group consistently seeks to improve its knowledge of the subject and aims to increase the number of employees holding the ITIL Service Management certificate.

TiTANS emphasises that the theory is merely important to support our implementations and coaching in a real environment. However, an theoretical in depth understanding and knowledge of the ITIL best-practices processes and the appropriate terminology is crucial to get the best out of ITIL in your organisation and to allow benchmarking and communication to your environment.
